Past Retreat

testimonials

"Lauren of The Circle Retreats is a truly wonderful and knowledgable leader. Her retreat in Guatemala included everything from yoga, breathwork, adventures into the local towns, thoughtfully curated workshops designed to go deeper into your own healing, and so much more. She made sure all guests were comfortable and taken care of. You could tell the retreat center and location was thoroughly researched as everything was incredible from the rooms to the food to the stunning views. The entire week I was relaxed, rejuvenated, and came home with a clearer, more patient mind, body, and soul. I cannot wait for the next one!"

"I am so grateful that I was able to attend a retreat with Lauren. I was stuck in some negative patterns in my life and I could not seem to shift out of them until I took some time for myself to attend a retreat in Evergreen, CO. Lauren’s guidance and grounded presence helped to create a safe space for community, inner reflection, and (luckily for me) big shifts in energy. I look forward to my next opportunity to connect with the wonderful community at circle retreats."

"This was the first yoga retreat I have ever been on and I am so glad I did it! Lauren put together such an amazing trip and make sure you are comfortable every step of the way. Everyone on ethnic strip showed up and strangers and we left as family! I will absolutely be joining another retreat with The Circle!"

"I was serendipitously a member of the Alchemy Retreat that took place at Villa Sumaya in Lake Atitlan, Guatemala. Lauren has a true gift. The program she put together was well thought out, clear and informative. She unlocked new thoughts and ideas that helped me along my personal journey. Lauren is compassionate and patient with her guests. Her knowledge spans well beyond her years. It was evident that she takes great pride in her experiences and strives to learn more about her craft. I hope that our paths with cross again."
