Payment: $2580 per twin bed package.  $3575per private room package.  All payments are non-refundable. In the event that you need to cancel The Circle reserves the right to decide wether or not you may use the funds towards a future retreat.  Must pay in full and communicate your travel plans by 12/14/22.  See your retreat agreement upon registration for full details. 

 

COVID REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY In the event we are forced to reschedule or we are unable to travel due to boarder closures, your balance will be fully refundable. You'll also have the option of rolling your deposit over to another retreat if that's your preference.

Cancellations By Participant

If you as a retreat participator has to cancel a retreat for any reason, including but not limited to bad weather, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, flight delays or cancellations, illness, health conditions, medical or personal or family or work emergencies or change of mind, the policy is as follows:

$600 deposit will not be refunded.

If you cancel within 60 days of the retreat start date, a 50% refund minus non-refundable deposit will be given.

If you cancel with 30 days or less of the retreat start date, no refund will be given.

If the participant has to leave prior to its conclusion, refunds will not be made for the unused

portion of the trip. No refunds will be made for any excursion, meal, yoga class or workshop or

other activity that the participant misses or decides not to participate in for any reason.
